Job Description

Payroll and BookkeeperDue to business growth our client is looking for an additional person to assist with book-keeping and payroll work.Experience Required

  • A minimum of two years experience in practice, and ideally have experience of software packages Xero, quick books online and sage cloud and Line 50,
  • dealing with both book keeping and running of payrolls, konwledge of legislation, pensions etc
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage a number of different tasks at once.
  • The ability to work with spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • The ability to write clear and professional letters to a high standard.
  • The confidence to communicate with clients, by telephone and in person, in a clear and professional manner.
  • Fexible attitude to the role and will therefore be happy covering a number of admin duties such as answering the telephone, meeting clients (Covid permitting!)
