We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Internal Recruiter to join a growing team for a Midlands based manufacturer. As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping to attract and hire top talent to support continued growthand success.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date job descriptions and person specifications that reflect role requirements.Work closely with colleagues in the recruitment team to ensure timely administration, monitoring, and candidate/third-party communications.Maintain a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Desirable Skills:

Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
3-5 years of experience in an in-house recruitment role, on-site recruitment role (RPO), or a recruitment account management position.
