Job Description

The Company Our client is an established and successful company based in Seaton Delaval. They are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their permanent basis. The Job youll do:
  • Answering / screening telephone calls
  • Organising Transportation
  • Visitor logs
  • Queries by telephone and in reception
  • Quotations
  • Purchases
About you:
  • Good standard of computer literacy and relevant software packages
  • Experience of handling sensitive/confidential information
  • Experience of data entry
  • Proven experience of working within Reception/Admin Role
  • Excellent time management
  • Objection Handling Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills within all levels of organisation
  • Able to manage and take responsibility for workload commitments, planning and prioritising.
  • Empathetic
  • A good team player who is able to adapt to working independently or with new or short term teams
