Job Description

Role Description:We are currently seeking a talented Holiday Home Sales Executive to join our team. As part of a leading luxury holiday resort, you will play a vital role in selling our exclusive self-catering holiday homes. With the growing popularity of staycations, we requiremotivated and personable individuals who can deliver exceptional service and drive sales. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay. This involves providing information, updates, and presentingmembership options to enhance their holiday experience, all within a relaxed face-to-face appointment setting.What we offer:

  • Salary: £21,000 - £30,000 based on experience (Realistic OTE of £55,000 - £100,000+)

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding the expectations of our guests.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing relevant information about our holiday homes.
  • Present membership options and upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure our high standards of service are consistently met.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, engaging with guests, team members, and management.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the resorts high standards at all times.
  • Possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft systems.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft systems.
  • Ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management in a professional manner.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Well-groomed and presents a professional image.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts.
