MTrec’s New Opportunity;MTrec’s prestigious manufacturing and engineering client, based in Seaham, are looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter to their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be the sole Fitter on the shift, working alongside Operators, Electriciansand the Production Manager to ensure that the company’s bespoke machinery is kept running optimally at all times. You may be a Mechanical Fitter/Maintenance Technician from any background. Apply now for an immediate response!The Job You’ll Do;
  • Servicing machines.
  • Setting up machines.
  • Responding to machine break downs.
  • Machines include presses, tube thinners, expanders, head crunchers, laser machines, punch machines, and more.
  • Some running of the machinery.
  • Reporting to the production manager.
  • Taking responsibility as the sole Mechanical Fitter on the shift.

  • Mechanical repair background.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
