A leading outsourced facilities management firm is looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the operational HR function and deliver two key business-wide change programmes across it’s Scottish contracts.With the support of (and management responsibility for) two HRBPs and reporting to the HRD, the Senior HRBP will work very closely with the Contract Directors and General Managers to ensure they are able to deliver a 1st class service to the end clients while achieving their own business objectives.The business is a unionised, multi-site operation employing around 1200 people, the majority of which work in front line service delivery and comprise of agency staff, permanent and part/time employees working across complex shift patterns.With Covid continuing to pose the challenges it is, a compassionate but pragmatic and common sense approach to problem solving will be required along with exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building capabilities, especially in the "virtual meeting" era we’re embedded in currently (the role will be home based for the foreseeable but with limited travel to sites whenever allowed again!).As well as the tactical delivery of HR to the business, the client is due to embark on two major change programmes involving business service transformation and the implementation of a workforce management system. Prior demonstratable experience of driving and delivering the HR agenda for significant business change programmes in a senior capacity will be essential given the operational and cultural shifts this will entail.A full job description is available & the role is to start ideally within the next 2 months.
