To contribute and support in delivering national projects, specifically with the livestock team with an onus on beef. The role will be varied includingdata analysis and interpretation, article writing for press and publications (such as our 24-page monthly publication - Sheep and Beef News), presenting at industry and staff meetings, designing future projects and source the funding, farm visits working withcolleagues in consulting, education and research.Livestock TeamThe livestock team sits within SAC Consulting. The team currently comprises of 10 individuals who have a remit to transfer knowledge to the livestock industry. This is commonly through industry project work, writing articles for press and publications andworking alongside our colleagues in consulting, research and education and farming clients.
