We know that our success is down to one thing, our people, and we make sure looking after our peopleis at the heart of everything we do.We now have a vacancy for a Marketing Assistant Manager to join our marketing team at AAB.In this role, you will work with a wide range of businesses across the rapidly expanding AAB Group as you will be joining a £50m+ group with 550+ team members in 10 offices across the UK and Ireland.The RoleMarketing Assistant Manager (Across Scotland)IN A TYPICAL DAY, YOU MIGHT:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand key messages and goals, advising on the best content activities to bring these to life across campaigns and channels.
  • Develop the organic social media strategy to improve reach and engagement across a range of accounts.
  • Support brand development and implementation ensuring the new AAB brand guidelines are maintained across traditional and digital channels.
  • Analyse competitor activity.
  • Manage the cascade of news and important information across AAB Group.
FOR THIS ROLE YOULL NEED:
  • Experience of digital marketing communications, social media and/or content creation at a strategic level, including measurement and reporting.
  • Excellent proofreading skills across multiple formats.
  • A client focused and results driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
  • The ability to work effectively across functions - a good relationship builder at all levels.
