Workshop ManagerSandyUp to £50,000Monday - FridayPension, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, Great progression oppurtunitiesI am currently working for an industrial manufacturing company supplying into some of the UKs biggest retailers at their site based in Sandy.Main responsibilities:

Reporting into the Head of Manufacturing
Managing a team of around 45 staff
Responsible for 3 departments in the workshop
Will be managing staff on a 2 shift pattern
Responsible for manufacture to the time schedules and designs
Putting forward ideas for continuous improvements within production lines

To be considered for this position you will have experience managing a team within a sheet metal/ workshop environment and have some experience with continuous improvements.Benefits:
