Customer Services & Delivery Coordinator - £30K-£35K - Bedfordshire/Cambridge area -OnsiteWe have a super exciting new role for a well established international Training company. You will form part of their Customer Services and Operations teams and will be a fluent Danish speaker. The role is based onsite in the Bedfordshire office 20 miles fromCambridge.The Co-ordinator will assist customers with all customer services; across voice, emails and any other contact channels, both in and outbound - resolving issues, exceeding Customer expectation in a professional manner and pro-actively work under the directionof the Customer Experience Manager to improve both the internal and external Customer Experience.You will be joining a £20m tech training business, thats trained more than 75,000 students across Europe and the Middle East. They are named amongst the Top 20 IT Training Companies in the World and work with partners including: Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA. Now, in 2022, they are experiencing exciting growth within the Nordics region and are looking for a fluent Danish and English speaker to assist this expansion going forward..Core responsibilities Customer Services:Process bookings in our Customer Relationship System (CRM) that come in from the sales team based in DenmarkPoint of contact post salesRaise invoices/credit notes Chase payment details and payments within strict deadlinesSend enrolment communication to all course attendees Efficiently maintain accurate customer information in the CRM systemOperations side:* You will be responsible for ensuring everything is ordered to ensure a world class course delivery. This will include but not be limited to ordering courseware, exam vouchers, lab bookings along with the creation of enrolment documentation*You could be required to find a suitable local location to deliver a training course that fits with the course delivery planogram and standards. This could be anywhere across the Nordic region*Where on-site delivery support is needed, you may be required to travel in person to the location in order to help support, set up and project manage the delivery to ensure the customer experience is the very best it can be.The successful candidate will have a background in the following area: support/logistics/customer services/operations. You will speak fluent Danish and English and have excellent customer service skills. You will be a natural problem solver and have good ITskills to use different systems.This role is to start ASAP.
