Your responsibilities will include:* Providing secretarial and administrative support to our legal professionals.* Efficiently arranging appointments and managing diaries.* Handling client queries and ensuring excellent customer service.* Preparing correspondence and documents from audio dictations.* Managing general duties such as filing, photocopying, and opening/closing files.* Answering calls and delivering a professional first point of contact.* Meeting and greeting clients warmly and professionally.* Collaborating with fee-earners on file management to ensure smooth operations.Location: SandwichSalary: £21,000 - £24,000Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - FridayBenefits: pension, 20 days for first 2 years, third year 22 days and then yearly up to 25+ Bank holidays, plus a variety of other perks and benefitsIdeally, you will have experience of working within Personal Injury/ Clinical Negligence and combine this with wealth of knowledge regarding the administrative support of legal professionals and effective communications with clients.To discover more about this role and to start your application, contact Emma at TN Recruits Law./ In application for this role, you are consenting to TN Recruits Ltd retaining your details to secure you work.
