Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced, SC Security Cleared Learning and Development Manager to join an established public sector organisation based in Wiltshire for a 2 year contract.The role requires the successful individual to support a number of in-house learning and development activities, aiming to increase the technical capabilities of the customer. This will play a key role in ensuring the long term health of important capabilities for the organisation.The role will also require:

Identifying staff training and development needs, working with a range on internal SMEs to develop, organise and oversee appropriate learning and development activities

Organising appropriate training to address the identified development needs

Engage staff, technical experts, and managers across Cyber and Information Systems (CIS) to understand the Divisions development prioritise and conduct training needs analysis for specific areas

Develop and write the customers Artificial Intelligence L+D plans.

The successful candidate will have had experience in the following:

Extensive experience working with stakeholders

Good communication skills

Working experience developing and delivering learning and development/training schemes

Proven record of delivery to time and quality

Experience of problem scoping
