We currently have an exciting opportunity for a DigitalMarketing and Communications Manager to join our team based in Rushton Spencer. Joining us on a permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary from £25,000 per annum dependant on experience, plus excellent benefits!Heaton House Farm is a family run company encompassing Heaton House Farm Wedding Venue, Heaton House Events and Stable Yard Catering. We (like others) have had a difficult twelve months however we are determined to increase our team to enable us to facilitate our largest number of events to date! We provide the highest quality events, including weddings as well as charity, corporate and company flagship events with exceptional detail and friendly customer service.Heaton House Farm is looking for a DigitalMarketing and Communications Manager, which is a brand-new role, who can take full ownership of the Marketing to ensure that our message reaches our target audiences so that Heaton House Farm can continue to grow!You may want to work full time however the management team at Heaton House Farm actively encourages applications from experienced candidates who are looking for part time employment.Responsibilities as ourDigitalMarketing and Communications Managerwill include:

Creating and managing an integrated marketing and communications strategy across all the businesses which supports the sales and revenue goals

Your outstanding communication skills and creative flair are required to deliver the marketing and PR plan at both a strategic and a tactical level

Ensuring all activity is fresh, effective, and engaging, you will push the boundaries while remaining aligned to the brand

Create content, and deliver using PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, SMS.

Keeping a close eye on trends and brand touch points

Keeping our online presence and websites up to date with strong SEO

Working effectively with the various teams to create and deliver marketing initiatives

OurDigitalMarketing and Communications Managerwill come equipped with the following qualities:

Previous experience senior level marketing/PR experience, ideally from a wedding, hospitality or venue background would be beneficial but not essential

Previous campaigns excellent knowledge of multi-channel digital media including, but not limited to PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, SMS, and SEO

Eye for design – creation of artwork to strengthen the brands

Communication – strong communication skills, ability to diffuse difficult situations, with excellent written story telling skills

Self-motivated and independent – this is a new role, so you will have full resposibilty as well as the opportinuty to pave your own path

Commercial awareness – results measurement and resource planning

Organisational and analytical – ability to oversee several projects. Able to assess data to find trends and deliver insights

Self-development – willingness to seek out new areas for self-development and be proactive to learn new skills and keep up to date with the trends

Loves nature and animals – you might have to feed our lambs! Due to our scenic location, an interest in farming/nature would be an advantage

Be a fun person to have around! you will need to build relationships easily with the internal team members, recommended suppliers, couples and guests!
