Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities£60,000 Package Includes £7,500 Joining Bonus£1K QCF level 5 successful completion payment,up to £5,000 quality reward payment, OFSTED£D Inspectionoccupancy bonus of up to £1k,Benefits Include

This leading provider or residential, specialist and therapeutic care to children and young people are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for their learning disability service based in Rugeley/As a Registered Manager you are the integral "link" to ensure that daily life within the home runs smoothly and that children & young people are able to thrive.We need your experience in working with children & young people with learning disabilities and of course your expertise in compliance/Regulations. Leading your team, we need you to be motivating and inspirational.This is a great opportunity to join this organisation to lead this "good" rated home in Rugeley, StaffordshireYou have a great team to support your management too, including a Deputy manager, 2 Senior`s and 6 RCW`s. Two young people are very happy and well settled, leaving two vacancies for your established team in this home that has been open for just over one year.Essential Criteria:-
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.
  • You will hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young Peoples Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young Peoples Services.
  • You will focus and never compromise on safety and quality - because you know that focusing on the success of small things can add up to have a really big positive impact.
