Job Description

Seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to work across 3 sites in the Rugeley area. 37.5 hours per weekSupporting and progressing the development of pharmaceutical services by ensuring safe, evidence based and cost-effective prescribingTo ensure safe, evidence based and cost-effective prescribing.To support the practice primary care plansTo contribute prescribing systems and processes as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Ideally to act as an Independent Prescriber.Key Duties

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

Masters Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent e.g. BSc/BPharm/MPharm
Registered member of the general pharmaceutical council (GPhC)
Appropriate post graduate qualification e.g. Clinical/Community diploma or equivalent experience
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
Active membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of GB
Desired IP
