Job Description

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Manager for our client based in Rugeley, Staffordshire.This is a permanent role.Duties will include:

  • Answering of the telephone and liaising with customers.
  • Dealing with all incoming emails and replying when necessary
  • Data entry onto Sage
  • Raising invoices
  • Reviewing of H&S documents
  • Assisting in the completion of tender documents
  • Assisting in the management of qualifications and refreshers
  • Actively seeking new work opportunities
  • Ordering of materials and booking of training when required
  • Dealing with method statement and risk assessment creation
