IT Support TechnicianConstruction & Building Services CompanyRugeley, Stafford, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton upon Trent£25,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Benefits + Hybrid Working

The Company recruiting for the IT Support Technician:An opportunity has arisen to join a real success story of an organisation. In return for your experience, they can offer a very rewarding career, with excellent trainingand benefits package.The Role of the IT Support Technician:Joining the business as the IT Support Technician you will be the first point of call for all IT related issues and requests ensuring effective resolution of them from time of receipt. Key activities and accountabilities will include but not exclusive to:
  • Receive and log calls on behalf of customers using IT Service Management Tools
  • Develop excellent external and internal relationships
  • Complete initial diagnosis of all incidents and either resolve or escalate
  • Implement new IT systems such as Microsoft Azure, 365, and Windows Autopilot / Intune
  • Assisting new starters with technical support
  • Options for Hybrid working for the right candidate.
The Candidate for IT Support Technician:The successful candidate must have a basic level of understanding of business IT systems and a knowledge of and ability to work to IT standards. The main skills and abilities they are looking from an individual:
  • Strong experience of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Autopilot / Intune is essential.
  • Knowledge of other IT business systems
  • Pro-active, hardworking attitude
  • Effective and empathetic communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Self-drive/motivation and career ambition
  • Attention to detail, methodical mindset that can take the initiative
The Package for the IT Support Technician:
  • £25,000 to £35,000 basic salary
  • Pension, plus great flexible benefits package
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days holiday plus stats
