Job Description

Dynamics 365 BC Applications Consultant. Remote, UK. A Microsoft Gold Partner Who Create a Positive Social Impact. Full Time- PERM Salary £55-65k per annum Remote- offices in Staffordshire, ideally hybrid once a week. RoleAs someone who has implementation experience with Dynamics 365 BC/NAV you will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Complete consultancy sessions to identify changes to functionality for clients
  • Resolve any interviews or barriers- also carry out application testing
  • Project tasks- collaborate with other consultants and project managers to ensure effective project delivery
  • Manage customer expectations in accordance with deadlines set
  • Provide feedback to assist with new improvements for company best practice and customer experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV as a Consultant
  • Experience within a partner environment and ideally the charity or public sector
  • Degree level educated
  • Strong problem solving, organisation and communication skills
  • A team orientated individual with an ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Finance qualifications e.g., Accountant part or full qualified
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd line support
  • Proven experience in Design, Documentation, Install, Configuration, Testing, Training and Go Live with Dynamics 365 BC OR NAV
