Customer Service AdvisorBuilding Contracting Services CompanyRugeley, Stafford, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton upon Trent£20,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary + Benefits Scheme + Pension + Progression

The Company recruiting for the Customer Service Advisor:An opportunity has arisen to join this fast-growing organisation. This company have grown aggressively over the last 12 years and are looking to strengthen its internal customer support team further. In return for your experience, they can offer a very rewarding career, with excellent training and benefitspackage.The Role of the Customer Service Advisor:Youll be dealing with telephone and email enquiries from customers within a timely manner as well as internal colleagues. As an initial contact for customers, you will need to be approachable and support them giving prompt and accurate advice regardingtheir enquiries, gathering required information and liaising with third-parties when required. Youll also assist other team members when needed. This is a Mon-Fri role working 37.5 hours between the hours of 8am-6pm.The Candidate for the Customer Service Advisor:The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken English. Youll have strong administration skills, able to multitask and deal with internal and external colleagues andcustomers. The main skills and abilities they are looking from an individual:
  • Customer focussed, friendly and approachable
  • Organised and patient
  • Strong attention to detail
  • GCSE passes in Maths & English
  • Familiar with computers and Office packages
  • Able to access the Rugeley office daily
The Package for the Customer Service Advisor:
  • £20,000 - £22,000 basic salary
  • 5 hours a week
