The Company recruiting for the Customer Service Administrator:An opportunity has arisen to join a real success story of an organisation. In return for your experience, they can offer a very rewarding career, with excellenttraining and benefits package.The Role of the Customer Service Administrator:Joining the business as a Customer Service Administrator, youll be assisting with inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and generic administration duties. You will also be helping claims handlers and desk contracts managers with required paperwork. Itis a Monday - Friday role, with training and progression available to become a claims handler/desk contracts manager.
  • Provide excellent and friendly service to potential customers that contact the office
  • Effectively resolve customer enquiries, questions, and projects
  • Deal with business enquiries & projects and ensure they are all processed correctly and to the correct division
  • Manage all enquiries that come through the company website
The Candidate for the Customer Service Administrator:The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken English. Youll have strong administration skills, able to multitask and deal with internal and external colleagues andcustomers. The main skills and abilities they are looking from an individual:

The Package for the Customer Service Administrator:
  • £20,000 - £28,000 basic salary, depending on experience
  • 40 hours a week
  • Pension, plus great flexible benefits package
  • 25 days holiday plus stats
