Clinical LeadLocation: Rugeley, StaffordshireSalary: £23.00 - £24.00 per hour + Paid Breaks (Equivalent to £47,840 - £49,920 per annum)Hours: 1x 40 Days availableClinical Lead required for a local nursing home under BRAND-NEW owners on the search for competent registered Clinical Lead nurse. The service is currently being renovated to a luxurious standard creating a vibrant nursing home enviorment . The service is set in beautiful woodlands forest and has a church on-site, when at FULL occupancy is 103 bedded, which is currently going through a massive clinical transformation. The care packages provided to elderly are specialist general nursing care, respitecare, palliative care, residential care and dementia care but NO challenging behaviours.Clinical Lead Position Overview* Will support the deputy home manager and registered manager in the daily running of the home* Complete all clinical governance tasks* Carry out regular audits* Deliver regular training to all the care team* Reduce agency spend* Ensure rigorous safeguarding policies and reportingClinical Lead Requirements* Be nurse qualified, with an active NMC pin* Will support the registered manager in the daily running of the role* Must have a strong clinician* Excellent communication skills* IT Competent* Willing to learn to new skills* Competent knowledge on safeguarding and the mental health act* Registered Nurses who are not afraid to challenge othersClinical Lead Position Remuneration* 5.6 weeks* DBS paid* Pay review after a successful probation* Robust induction* Free parking* Bank holiday enhancements* Support with re-validationFor more information on the Clinical Lead role please contact Larissa McLatchie at Time Recruitment today!
