Claims Handler - Water LeakageBuilding Contracting Services CompanyRugeley, Stafford, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton upon Trent£21,000 - £23,000 Basic Salary + Benefits Scheme + Pension + Progression

The Company recruiting for the Claims Handler:An opportunity has arisen to join this fast-growing organisation. This company have grown aggressively over the last 12 years and are looking to strengthen its internal customer support team further. In return for your experience, they can offer a very rewarding career, with excellent training and benefitspackage.The Role of the Claims Handler:You will be joining an existing team and responsible for your own caseload and delivering high levels of customer service. Youll act as an important point of contact between insurance companies, policy holders, and the internal team. Your ability to prioritiseyour own workload and manage multiple cases will be utilised daily. Any complaints should be actioned and reported internally to the relevant teams to achieve a swift and agreeable resolution. Collecting outstanding information, claims details, and excesspayments from either insurers or clients will also fall into your remit. This is a Mon-Fri role, working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am-6pm.The Candidate for the Claims Handler:In this customer facing role, you will be joining an existing team of advisors and handlers. Youll need to be organised, us your initiative, and a problem solver with a can-do attitude. You also need to be able to keep level-headed and calm in stressfulsituations.
  • Experience working in an office environment is preferable but not essential
  • Customer focussed, friendly and approachable
  • Organised and patient
  • GCSE passes in Maths & English
  • Familiar with computers and Office packages
  • Able to access the Rugeley office daily
The Package for the Claims Handler:
  • £22,000 - £24,000 basic salary
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Full training provided
