A quality regional House builder are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a house building scheme in Rugeley,StaffordshireThe role:You will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager with the management of staff and subcontractors whilst maintaining an eye for detail, ensuring quality and ensuring the home is ready for the homeowner. You will be involved in all aspects of the constructionprocess. Working alongside an experienced site team you will learn everything from health and safety, NHBC and LABC standards, building regulations, defect prevention, material management through to customer service and handover.The Company:A quality regional Housebuilder who build between 60-80 houses per year and have a variety of house types. They do things a little differently from the major house builders as they often build more bespoke units, with bespoke specifications.The Person:You will ideally have strong communication skills, be a team player, organised and methodical with good IT skills. You will have excellent negotiating skillsand be able to work calmly under pressure.
