Job Description

Are you a friendly, reliable and efficient Medical Receptionist who is looking for a new challenge Do you have experience in using Emis Web and Docman software to manage patient records and appointments If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are a busy GP practice in OL2 6QW, serving a diverse population of patients. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months, with a possibility of extension. You will be responsible for:

Answering phone calls and dealing with patient enquiries
Booking appointments and managing the practice appointment system
Processing tasks from doctors and nurses
Scanning and coding letters and documents
Liaising with other healthcare providers and agencies
Providing excellent customer service to our patients

You will need to have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills and knowledge of Emis Web and Docman
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
A positive and professional attitude

You will be working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 07:30 - 19:00, with a competitive salary. You will also benefit from:
