Job Description

About the roleWe operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery organization network.Warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation’s best loved food and drink brands every single day and provide the best experience to our customers.We are looking to recruit 1 x Delivery Point Risk Assessor to join our existing team.Role Responsibility

  • Conduct a full risk assessment on all best food customer delivery points
  • Ensuring appropriate delivery points are selected at customer units and all have a valid risk assessment
  • Negotiating and implementing control measures
  • Reviewing all Risk Assessments prior to expiry
  • Scheduling vehicle accessibility
  • Observing any risks involved whilst making deliveries
  • Checking parking restrictions
  • Risk assessing New Store Openings
  • All risk assessments are documented in line with our standard format and authorised accordingly
You will needThe requirement is to be a good team player who supports our Company values. Who is experience in Multi drop deliveries and has a professional approach towards our colleagues and customers.You will ideally have basic IT skills (Microsoft) and excellent attention to detail. You will work closely with the SHEQ Managers, therefore knowledge, experience and understanding of Health and Safety is required.An LGV Class 1 licence is an essential requirement for this role, as is the need to always observe company Health and Safety policies and procedures. There also may be a requirement to work from home on occasion.You must be able to adopt a flexible approach to working shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays to deliver an efficient and effective service to customers in line with any operational requirements.Whats in it for youThe additional Benefits of being part of the BEST team!
