Job Description

Were on the lookout for aProperty Onboarding Coordinatorto join our client based in the outskirts of Loughborough on a full time and permanent basisSalary up to £26,000 depending on experienceAbout the role:Our client who specialises in serviced nationwide accommodation within the Staycation Market are seeking aProperty Onboarding Coordinator to join their thriving business and dynamic team. The Onboarding coordinator will be working in the head office carrying out a 200-point checklist to ensure that each property meets company standards and ready for guests.The Property Onboarding Coordinator will ideally have a property background with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role fast paced environment. The Property Onboarding Coordinator will need to show initiative, be organised and efficient, as wellas being self-motivated, professional and reliable. The candidate should be well-spoken, presentable and articulate. There is an equal amount of time behind the desk as well as travelling to properties (full driving license required), creating a varied andexciting role.Key responsibilities

  • Landlord and client communication
  • Managing the on-boarding of properties so they are ready for their first booking
  • Following and executing our unique property onboarding checklist
  • Assisting our design team to furnish the property and advise landlords of any alterations to optimise the property for future bookings.
  • Liaising with furniture companies
  • Completing the styling process of the property ready for photography
  • Liaising and arranging photographers
  • Guiding and working with photographers on property photoshoots to obtain the best shots
  • Setting up utilities for clients
  • Obtaining compliance documents
  • Ensuring all relevant safety checks are in place
  • Liaising with the property management team to arrange initial deep cleans
  • Creating and writing the property descriptions to appeal to our guests
  • Building a property listing on our dedicated channel managerensuring 100% accuracy
  • Working with the admin team to complete property handbooks/guides
  • Property Site Visits
  • Carrying out inventories
  • Making a great first impression to our new Landlords and Clients
About you:
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of properties management I.e., Lettings
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office
  • Monday (project management software) would be a bonus
  • Ability to multitask and manage workloads
  • Excellent communication skills
