  • Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the company’s existing portfolio of clients, nurturing business relationships and maximising growth.
  • You’ll use your skills and experience to seek upselling opportunities with existing customers to consistently increase profits.
  • Working closely with the sales team, you will expand the scope of services offered to clients to exceed all sales targets.
  • You’ll provide clients with regular updates regarding their accounts, ensuring all their expectations are exceeded.
  • As a new Account Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the successful delivery of the post-sales process by understanding client’s business objectives and ensuring your solutions align with their needs.
  • You’ll add value to current accounts by monitoring industry trends and spending patterns by clients to uncover the perfect opportunity to upsell.
You Will Need To Have/Be:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an Account Management position.
  • An understanding of the Healthcare, Food and Cosmetics industries is beneficial - but not required.
  • Natural rapport-building skills - somebody who can easily connect with others.
  • A lateral thinker who can devise solutions that innovate.
  • First-class written and verbal communication skills.
  • Articulate with great attention to detail.
