WILL DRAFTEROur established and successful client is seeking to recruit an additional Will Drafter to join their team of STEP accredited drafters.This is an excellent opportunity for an easy going and confident team player to join an established and professional team.We are seeking candidates who already have some Will writing experience or experience of dealing with LPAs (lasting power of attorney)KEY DUTIESDrafting and revising WillsReviewing client email responsesReviewing drafts Answering client calls and emailsFinal edits Final versions (support with printing and issuing)Chasing outstanding information LPAs Preparing LPA forms Submitting & registering LPAs Updating CRM and creating new files Back up and assistance with other areas of the business during peak periodsREQUIRED SKILLSExcellent interpersonal & organisational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software quicklyAble to work independently as well as a part of the teamAble to prioritize workload wellWorking to deadlinesGreat attention to detail Numeracy skills Some experience in drafting Wills and LPAsDESIRED SKILLSBA/BS Degrees in Law, Probate or Wills Full timeWe take your Data Rights seriously.
