Job Description

Purchasing Administrator – Ripley / Hybrid – Competitive Salary + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsChase & Holland are excited to be working with Multi-Award Winning, leading manufacturing based in Ripley who are looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to join their team.Working closely under the support of the Purchasing Manager and wider team, you will play a crucial role in proactively supporting the daily operations, ensuring all administrative processes are actioned smoothly, effectively and efficientlyThe business is currently going through a really strong period of growth and are reinvesting into growing their modern site, so it is a very exciting time to join!In Return You’ll Receive:

Purchasing Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase orders for suppliers & sub-contractors
  • Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers
  • Assists with supplier scorecard
  • Coordinates with manager to monitor inventory and determine supply needs
  • Ensuring stock accuracy on SAP
  • Help prepare weekly / monthly reports
  • Work in accordance with the quality system and processes of the company
  • Coordinates with fellow team members, managers, and directors
  • Adhere to the company’s health and safety requirements and complete training as required
  • Assist in other duties as requested
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)Required Skills & Experience:
  • A strong willingness to learn and progress
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills
  • Minimum 2 years general administration experience
  • Purchasing/procurement experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
