Job Description

Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service have an exciting opportunity for Investigation Officer to join the team.Location: RipleySalary: £38,296 - £41,496 per annumAgile working arrangements can be discussed with the successful candidate.Investigation Officer The Role:Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service are looking to recruit for the new role of an Investigation Officer experienced in conducting thorough, efficient and fair investigations.You will primarily be responsible for undertaking serious and complex discipline investigations, with the aim of investigating allegations and producing consistent, detailed and impartial reports. This will include developing terms of reference, investigationplans, investigation methodology.In addition to undertaking investigations, you will coordinate the delivery of training and provide guidance to managers with the ability to develop and coach others.
