Job Description

Ultimate Coaching LtdWe are an innovative and reputable children’s sports coaching organisation based near Woking, Surrey. We provide a high level of sports education and coaching to children and schools to help them thrive and be the best they can be.The company offers a range of services and features through a 3-brand service offering. Our offices are based in Ripley, Surrey.The company is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to help take the organisation forward and to help further improve the organisations processes and efficiencies.Customer Services AdministratorThe part time position will attract an hourly rate of £10.00 - £11.50 depending on skills and experience. The role will require a minimum 15 hours per week across 3 days. There is potential for the position to expand to 20+ hours inline with increased activity following the return of sport to schools and clubs.Primary responsibilities

  • Help the company with central administrative duties including customer services.
  • Support the communications and administrative requirements with the company clients.
  • Help oversee our online booking process and manage bookings on children’s sports courses.
  • Help support the company’s database management and processes.
  • Help support the financial analysis from coaching events and provide a system of reporting.
  • Oversee the Customer Service responsibilities and dealing with enquires
  • Communicate with company coaching staff / sub-contractor self-employed coaches.
  • Support the administration of new sports coaching courses and upload of new events online.
  • Work closely with the company Director and business development team.
  • Preferred Background/Qualifications/Qualities:
  • A genuine interest in customer services and a willingness to help improve the company.
  • Experience with email and telephone enquiries.
  • Candidate needs to have very good customer service skills and be comfortable communicating with customers and clients.
  • Comfortable working alone or as part as a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional & co-operative manner
  • Flexibility to quickly and easily respond to changing priorities
  • Solid organization and excellent communication (verbal & written) skills; fluent in Excel/Word to track leads and create a finance performance system.
  • Excellent listener with good persuasive skills
