Job Title: Services EngineerLocation; DissSalary: 38-42kServices EngineerOn offer is a chance to join a dynamic forward thinking company who work in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, power, and construction industries.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the general manager the engineer will be asked to service and maintain clients refrigeration equipment on a site-by-site basis.The duties to include:Planned preventative maintenance visits to various sites, to ensure the clients equipment is functioning safely as per design conditions.Suggesting options for improving performance and on energy saving suggestions at the conclusion of the visit.Response to unplanned breakdown calls on a rotational call out basis.The identification and procurement of spare parts to resolve the cause of the breakdown.This may involve attending sites out of hours and working alone.Attending sites to oversee and assist in contract installation work.The day-to-day management of sub-contractors and on occasions attending meetings on behalf of the company.On occasions it may be necessary to attend site on behalf of our sister company to assist with mechanical installation work.Completion of reporting paperwork daily.This position will involve agreeing to a 48-hour week opt out agreement.Requirements - EssentialFull UK driving licencePermission to stay and work in the UKHealth and Safety consciousRequirements - Desirable:F-Gas refrigerant handling qualificationAmmonia handling qualificationsRefrigeration field service experienceExperience of refrigeration control systems RDM, Telstar etc.
