Job Description

Are you an experienced Operations Coordinator/Controller looking for a role that will give you complete autonomy to manage your own workload and the opportunity to not be 100% site/office based A fast paced, changeable, challenging role but above allvaried and interestingfull of collaboration, planning, coordinating and people management. Within this continually growing service management business, you will be part of a small team helping to maintain and grow their maintenance services provision to their portfolio of clients throughout the UK. Each of you managing approx. 50+ remote workerswithin a niche but very interesting and reactive market, ensuring that the work carried out meets expected and agreed service levels adhering to compliance and H&S. Relationship management is key, dealing with suppliers, contractors and clients. You will be involved in man and resource planning, recruitment, inductions/training, and coordinating the remote workers, attending and carrying out site audits across the UKplus much more!
