Senior IT Service Desk Analyst / Supervisor - Bristol - £27KAn international research company based in the heart of Bristol requires Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to provide support to its employees on leading technologies, you will assist the daily operations on the service desk and also be responsible for leading all First Line Support Analysts within the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
