Job Description

Juice is delighted to supporting an ambitious Bristol organisation who are looking for talented Deployment Engineers to join their business in the city centre.This is a temporary position that requires an immediate start until the beginning of May 2022 and will assist with the deployment of Windows 10/O365 devices to approximately 1000 users.Key responsibilities and dutiesThe Deployment Engineer will be required to complete various activities on any given day as part of the role, which will include, but not be limited to the following:Deployment Session Presentation - Typically to delegates in small groups of 12 people, walking them through the laptop migration steps.Hardware Installation/Removal - To check-in/out devices delivered by the 3rd party suppliers. To install/configure laptops, desktops, accessories as required for the deployments. To remove and place into storage any legacy devices.Site Audit - To ascertain/confirm the incumbent asset details and the setup/readiness of the location, assisting where required, entering/submitting the data upon completion.Floorwalking - To support deployed delegates during deployments with any queries/issues they may have.Skills

Experience with supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
Experience with working to a RunBook Deployment method with binary controls
Experience with general deskside support and physical Desktop/laptop installations
Excellent customer facing skills, comfortable working with all different levels of staff
Must be punctual
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to cope under pressure
Able to confidently use Microsoft Excel

Operational HoursThe projects core operational hours are 9:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
