Job Description

Based in Braintree, my client is a leading software and technology firm in the hospitality sector, producing a wide range of state of the art tech solutions including robot waiters, facial verification, mobile apps, EPoS and payment solutions.Role:

  • The Senior Field Engineer will report directly to the Head of Operations and you will have the amazing opportunity to join a thriving business, deliver successful projects and drive your career forward. You will quickly become embedded in the business andpart of their fantastic team
  • You will lead the installations process and improvement opportunities as well building further an every growing team
  • Working with the Operations, Projects and Provisioning teams you will oversee installations throughout my client portfolio.
  • This role is highly customer focused and you will need to be able to foster customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, resolve customer inquiries and issue promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
Required:
  • A passion to drive change and defy ordinary
  • Great team leadership skills
  • Experience in installation, maintenance and repair of point of sale systems or similar
  • Knowledge of point of sale software, hardware and networking concepts
  • Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A valid UK drivers licence
