Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN environment would be desirable, the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.About the roleTo assist the Head of School in developing the school as a high-quality specialist provision for pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH).To uphold the ethos, aims and values of the school, its policies and codes of practice at all times.To help manage the structure and organisation of the school day.To carry out the agreed specific duties of the Vocational Education Lead.MUST have experience of a trade.
