Teaching Personnel work closely with a School based in the Rawtenstall, East Lancashire area who are seeking a PE Teacher for January 2020.The School is smaller than average and caters specifically for KS3/4 pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Conduct Disorder and Challenging Behaviours. The School are hoping to appoint a hard working, enthusiastic and qualified Teacher to deliver PE across KS3 & 4. The Teacher must have strong behaviour management skills, be resilient, confident and empathetic towards the needs of the pupils.The candidate must be available full time from January 2020 and available to continue until February half term as a minimum, but the role will likely continue beyond this. The candidate will be looking for a long term role in a forward thinking SEMH School and have a passion for working with pupils who are often disengaged from education.The School hours are 8.20am - 3.15pm Monday - Friday and candidates must be willing to apply themselves to School life, by getting involved with parents evenings and open days.The successful candidate will benefit from:- Negotiable pay rates £90 - 130 per day- Long term position available- Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEMH DifficultiesIf this role sounds ideal for you please do not hesitate to contact Kirsten on or email your CV and covering letter toAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
