Are you seeking work in an education settingAre you experienced in working with pupils with SEMH Difficulties, ADHD and AutismDo you have a passion for working with pupils who are disengaged from educationIf so, Teaching Personnel are working closely with a School based in the Rawtenstall area who are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work in their behaviour management team. The School is smaller than average and caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD and pupils who display challenging behaviours. The School caters for pupils who can no longer remain in mainstream education. The School are looking for a full time member of staff, to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils who are displaying challenging behaviours or not engaging in education.The candidate must be experienced in working with pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD and ODD.The candidate must be available full time, have experience supporting pupils with additional needs and be confident in their behaviour management skills.The successful candidate will benefit from:- Negotiable pay rates £60 - 75 per day- Long term position available- Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEMH DifficultiesIf this role sounds ideal for you please do not hesitate to contact Kirsten on or email with your CV and covering letter.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
