Working in partnership with an established manufacturing business AQUMEN Recruitment is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their team in Ravensthorpe on a Temp to Perm basis.Working in a modern office environment, the successful Customer Service Executive will be responsible for responding to enquiries from customers by phone, email and Live Chat who may have purchased via platforms such as EBay & Amazon etc. In addition,you will liaise with 3rd party carriers such as DPD to track missing or late deliveries.The successful Customer Service Executive will have good spoken and written English skills. Great attention to detail is also a pre-requisite as much of your day will be spent working from a laptop and dual screens.This is a full time role, 40 hours per week and is a hybrid position offering opportunities to work from home 2 days a week with 3 in the office. Hours of work are flexible between 06:00 & 17:00 MondayFriday.Initial training will be 4 hours per day.In return the successful Customer Service Executive will receive a competitive rate of pay and the opportunity to earn a permanent position with this fantastic business.Aqumen Business Solutions is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
