Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced warehouse administrator/Shipping clerk to join our clients manufacturing site in the Ebbw Vale area Hours of work Monday Thursday 8.30am-16: 30pm & Friday 8am to 14:15pmThis role is temp-perm for the right candidate. Duties- Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times- Manage Shipping Board ensuring time slots are allocated for collections. - Liaising with shipping company to ensure time slots are adhered to. - Liaising with shipping companies UK and overseas via e-mail, telephone, web link to arrange collection of goods.- Liaise internally as part of Operations Team to book collections as advised by the Team.- Coordinate all shipments ensuring schedule is maintained. Liaising with Shipping Supervisor Shipper ensuring loads are prepared - Responsible for raising invoices prior to shipment for non EU customers.- Preparation of all documentation that needs to be sent with the shipping goods.- Responsible for obtaining the required certificates of shipment from the various Shipping companies. - Notification to sales and accounts of any discrepancies between shipping advice note and actual shipments.By applying for this position you are giving authorisation for Focused Recruitment Ltd to contact you regarding this vacancy and other vacancies we feel may be suitable for you.We will not present your CV to any clients without your explicit consent.
