Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Warehouse/Fork lift Operators to work for a highly respected, long established manufacturer in the Ebbw Vale area.Essential:Candidate must have in date RTITB accredited fork lift licences, Reach and Counterbalance.Hours of workDays regular 6am - 3pm, early finish on FridaysDuties- General Warehouse/Fork lift duties including loading and unloading- Plan & organise together with other team members those tasks required to meet production targets- To carry out according to clearly defined documentation the production processes necessary to achieve the days planned production targets.- Ensuring accurate recording of tasks/down-time and events on relevant company documentation is undertaken in a timely and accurate fashion.- Ensure production/warehouse area is maintained to the level of cleanliness and tidiness required under good manufacturing practice.- Comply with all H&S requirements as stipulated by the company and standard operating procedures.- Knowledge & application of company procedures & product quality standards.- Work to Lean Manufacturing Principles, incorporating 5S and continuous improvement activities.- Work in accordance with Company Quality Standards ISO9000/2000.The desired candidates will have- Able to work to targets/Warehouse/Stores KPIs schedules- Be able to work as part of a team.- Previous relevant manufacturing /Warehouse experience.- Knowledge of health and safety in the work place.Immediate starts available.By applying for this position you are giving authorisation for Focused Recruitment Ltd to contact you regarding this vacancy and other vacancies we feel may be suitable for you.We will not present your CV to any clients without your explicit consent.
