Job Description

Teamwork Partnership is currently recruiting for facilities coordinator to coordinate and lead on buildings and premises related issues for all building users. Managing the maintenance and upkeep of the building and premises, and where applicable liaisingwith external service providers and coordinating internal activities across all areas of the business.Responsibilities:

  • Upkeep the legislative compliance of the premises
  • Maintain site service contracts and where applicable look to reduce costs
  • Monitor the day to day building upkeep as well as anticipating long and short term improvements and maintenance schedules
  • Participate in regular continuous reviews to improve efficiencies
  • Conduct regular security and vulnerability assessments and implement measures to reduce risk.
  • Manage onsite parking.
  • Maintain the upkeep of the vending contracts.
  • Carry out regular Legionella Risk Assessments.
  • Oversee Waste management control.
Working on a Rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £27,000.00 per year
