Education Compliance Officer – (Located Fenland, Cambridgeshire + Home Working) needed!I am currently working with a great school on an exciting new role in the Fenland, Cambridgeshire area.Starting from ASAP, the school are looking for an outstanding Education Compliance Officerto join them on a permanent basis.The School:

Multi-site Alternative Provision
Highly successful and growing
Cater for children of primary and secondary age
Specialise in SEN and SEMH needs

The Role:

Full-time (37.5hrs per week)
Monday to Friday
Permanent
Office and home working available

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons forthe companyare responsiblefor.
To conduct internal audits of and advise on compliance related processes and procedures.
To review thecompany’spolicies, ensuring there is a robust system to accurately record amendments, version control, scheduling of updates, and the maintenance of an archive.
To ensure themanagementteam and other departments are kept informed of all relevant changes in guidance and legislation
To prepare, assist or advise in the preparation of risk assessments.
To devise and deliver appropriateSafeguarding,Health and Safety and Fire Safety training for staff and pupils.
Responsible for health and safety budget
Verify documentation for new and current staff
