Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team due to ongoing company growth. We are looking for someone to take on the role of Accounts Manager & Financial Controller looking after the day-to-day accounting functions of our Company.Accounts Manager & Financial Controller job details:

  • Recording payments received from clients and brokers for the individual company accounts by various means, including bank transfers and finance providers.
  • Issuing refunds to clients in line with compliance regulations and company processes.
  • Reconciling and making payment of insurer statements, analysing the data and liaising withinsurers and brokers to resolve queries.
  • Running company debt reports and work with the wider teams to ensure a smooth collectionof client monies.
  • Monitoring debt percentages to ensure they remain within acceptable thresholds and, wherenecessary, provide support to employees with the aim of helping them manage customerpayments.
  • Identifying debit and payment errors, ensuring anomalies are reviewed and actioned by therelevant party.
  • Keeping the system up to date and accurate - general administrate housekeeping.
  • Preparing and analysing reports for distribution throughout the business
  • Calculating Client Money reports.
  • Transferring Commissions earned.
  • Inputing Sage and liaising with our company accountant.
  • Providing Financial Reports to the Directors
  • Preparing RMAR report financial information.
  • Processing payroll
  • Monitoring company costs and looking for cost savings.Skills needed to succeed as an Accounts Manager & Financial Controller:
