Were recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a company based in Elstree.We are looking for someone to join a Marketing team on a temp-to-perm basis or just for the next 4 - 8 weeks to help cover during a busy period. This role would be suitable for anyone who has marketing experience - whether you are a fresh Graduate, MarketingExecutive, or Marketing Manager, Id love to hear from you.If you are a Marketing Executive this role could be a temp-to-perm opportunity paying the permanent salary of up to £35,000pa. If you are a Marketing Manager or Graduate this role would be suitable as a temporary position to fill an employment gap.This position will be a very involved position, requiring an all-rounder who has the ability to do everything from running the social media campaigns and proofreading documentation to producing marketing materials for events. You will be working alongsidean existing Marketing Executive and reporting to a Marketing ManagerWe are looking for someone who is immediately available for work and can join a marketing team and hit the ground running.The hourly rate is dependent on experience, between £13.50 and £18phOffice hours: 37.5 hours a week - flexiblity around start and finish times within 08:00 and 17:30*fully office based* - free on-site parking*Please note due to office location you MUST be a vehicle owner or live local to Elstree, there are no direct transport links*As this is a temporary position you will receive weekly pay! You will also accrue holiday hours are you work, saved in a pot for you to take when required or paid in full at the end of the assignment!You must be available to work within the next week.Some of the Marketing Executive duties will include:

Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a clear marketing plan
Create email campaigns and newsletters
Assist with marketing materials for events
Run the day-to-day social media channels and marketing campaigns
Raise brand awareness, ensuring the vision is consistent
Provide support to the Marketing Manager with strategic research for marketing purposes
Manage close relationships with suppliers including digital teams, photographers and production companies

The suitable candidate:

Immediately available for work
Either previous experience in a marketing role (at any level) OR a relevant Marketing Degree
Can design marketing materials
Excellent IT skills
Strong proofreading skills
Happy to support with all aspects of marketing (even the boring bits!)
Can work flexibly, both independently and in a team
Able to commute to Elstree site every day
Good standard of literacy
