Job Description

We are actively looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a team of well-established property experts, renowned for providing excellent customer service to the communities. This role will be based in the Birmingham area, offering a competitive salaryand car allowance!As an experienced Resident Liaison Officer, you will:• Be a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days. • Ensure residents are aware of the works processes and communicate any updates accordingly. • Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare.• Ensure works are completed to standard and manage the expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.• Be a naturally excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. • Be responsible for your own administrative work load (Booking and following up with appointments, reporting issues etc)The successful Resident Liaison Officer will receive:• 24 days annual leave + bank holidays.• 2.5k car allowance.• Birthday off.• First class learning and development programme.• Ongoing support.• Competitive salary.• Permanent job security.The successful Resident Liaison Officer will have:• Experience working as a Resident Liaison officer on the client side, preferably within planned/reactive maintenance.• Experience with internal and external works.• Customer facing experience.• Highly organised.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook etc).• Full clean UK drivers license and own vehicle.If this is for you, please apply directly now!
