Level 3 Nursery NurseAnnual Salary: Starting at £28,500 (depending on experience)Location: HammersmithJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our Montessori nursery team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about childcare and looking to work in a nurturing environment that values professional development and staff wellbeing. This isan all year round nursery.Day-to-day of the role:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the Montessori philosophy and EYFS framework.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development.
Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
Work on a rota basis between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, ensuring a consistent and supportive environment for the children.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment.
Attend and contribute to monthly staff events and participate in Wellbeing Wednesday activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare.
Experience in a nursery setting, preferably with knowledge of the Montessori approach.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
