If this sounds like you, please get in touch today!Candidate profile:• Experience as a lettings manager would be ideal, however, our client is willing to consider a strong assistant manager/senior negotiator on the way up• Have a flexible approach to work• Have the ability to multi-task• Have a strong service "ethic"• Excellent written and communication skills• Strong organisational skills• Meticulous attention to detail• Happy to take the initiative• Live with close proximity of the office• Full UK driving licence - essentialThe salary on offer for this role will include a basic of £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on previous experience, plus on target earnings in the region of £60,000. Benefits include BUPA after 12 months of employment, 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and theoffice is closed between Christmas and New Year.
