A prestigious organisation is looking for an accomplished Finance Manager to join its team based in Putney, south west London. Please note that the firm embraces flexible and hybrid working so you will be able to work from home 3 days per week.In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with proven experience of managing a finance function. As this is an SME environment (50 employees) you will have a broad remit encompassingeverything from preparing management and statutory accounts to managing invoice, payroll and expense processes. Working closely with a Company Director you will lead and develop the finance function and exemplify its core values of collaboration, innovation, integrity and kindness. You will enhance its financial policies and processes and manage a part-time Finance Analyst.You will help to create the annual financial plan and will work with the senior leadership team to create budgets and forecasts. You will have full responsibility for executing the finance strategy of the firm and will be a person of the utmost integrity. Youwill deliver accurate, transparent and comprehensive financial reports for the organisation and have demonstrable experience of developing robust and transparent financial governance processes and procedures. You will ensure the firm complies with all relevanttaxation requirements and will also prepare papers for and attend the Audit Committee, as required.The organisation is committed to building a diverse international team that is representative of all sections of society.
